I collect post cards and send them to my man randomly. We text often/daily, so it takes some creativity to figure how to write something timeless, creative and PG!
Communication is always discussed, but you make a good point of trying several ways of communicating. Know your partner is heard and listening. That definitely means being positive and interesting, when possible. I know my man is going to be a friend when I gripe, because it’s not something I throw at him daily.
Is good to hear you have such a rewarding relationship, considering the hard work you put into it 🙂

I love your idea of collecting and sending postcards, Veronica! That is a thoughtful, personal touch, especially when so much communication is done the digital way. You made another great point: Keeping your relationship positive on a daily basis means he’ll really listen up when you need a friend to be there for you. You have some really great tips! Thank you for sharing! 🙂
